Please contact us for a competitive quote for carrying out your conveyancing needs:

For Buyers

  • Although mortgage lenders will usually inspect a property prior to making a formal offer and produce a homebuyer report, this may not constitute a full survey. We advise all of our home buyer Clients to arrange a full structural survey before proceeding with the purchase. A survey could impact upon the purchase price you are willing to pay.
  • We recommend that you seek independent financial advice on your proposed mortgage arrangements.
  • You may have to pay Stamp Duty Land Tax on your purchase.
  • In addition to our competitive fee there will be some third party costs called disbursements. These will usually include a local search fee and a Land Registry fee to register your purchase. When you request a quote we can also estimate all of your third party disbursements.

For Sellers

  • Please ensure that you check and agree your Estate Agent’s fee. Do not forget that this fee will become payable on Completion of your transaction.
  • If you are redeeming a mortgage, i.e. paying it off from the proceeds of sale we can do this by bank transfer at Completion.
  • There are less third party fees, called disbursements, involved in a sale. Please request a quote and we will provide you with a complete breakdown.
